Choose a bounded first workflow
A useful starting point is a task the team already repeats and can verify. Select the relevant level, views or model elements. Specify what should change and what must stay fixed. This gives the automation a clear scope and gives reviewers a practical comparison.
Plan before applying changes
Production tasks often depend on one another. Model changes can affect tags, views and sheets. Review the proposed sequence and affected elements before approving it. Ambiguous requirements, unavailable families or uncertain project relationships should become review items, rather than assumptions hidden in the output.
Make execution reviewable
